Maxwell's 1st birthday!

Max's birthday and his airplane themed birthday party was on Sunday at our house.  We were so lucky to have a lot of friends and family over to celebrate with us.  Minkz and I did our best to decorate and host, but we ended up not even playing the paper airplane flying game that we had planned.  We couldn't have pulled it off without grandma's help, the cake and cupcakes she made, and C Wagner's photography. Tahoe 2013

We went to South Lake Tahoe for a couple nights and we were lucky to have snow fall while we were there.  Penny really loved playing in the snow and did not want to leave.  Max wasn't as sure about the snow, and being bundled up, and wearing Penny's cat hat, but he had a good time.  We rented a sled and found a spot to play in fresh snow.
